In ponycar oblivion since 2002, after 35 years of continuous production, the Camaro will resume its attempts to outperform and outsell the Mustang this March 16, when production will resume astatine GM’s celebrated Oshawa plant in Ontario, Canada. Sticking with tradition, the Camaro will be a 2+2, front-engine, RWD design, with several updates since its debut in 1967.
Available in V6 LS or LT trim and V8 SS, the Camaro comes standard with a four-wheel independent suspension system, variable-rate power steering with axle-forward rack mounting, four-wheel disc brakes, and the Stabilitrak stableness control system. SS trims get four-piston upgraded Brembo brake calipers, a more aggressive tuneable suspension, and more.
